Shipping & Returns


Orders paid or confirmed by Purchase Order before 2pm will be scheduled for delivery within 1 – 2 days.
Deliveries are by courier requiring signing at point of shipping.
In the unusual event that shipment is not possible due to multiple sourced lack of availability (for boxed and packaged products), you will be notified within 1 working day and advised of lead time. You may then cancel if you wish and any payment pending or received will be cancelled or refunded within 1 working day.

Cancellation of Order and Returns

Private consumers can, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, exercise their right to a “cooling off period” and cancel the order of any item within 7 working days, beginning with the day after the delivery day. However, we cannot accept return of any package which has been used, opened, unsealed or registered electronically. Refer to “Faulty Goods and Warranty” below where appropriate.

Businesses, trades and professions (or individuals acting on their behalf) are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations which only apply to purchases made by consumers. However, we may at our discretion accept returns. If required, follow the “Returns Procedure” below.

Faulty Goods and Warranty

Please keep any enclosed documents together with the item in case the goods become defective at a later date.
Goods signed as ‘received in good condition’ at the time of delivery will not be accepted for any external damages.
Internally damaged goods must be notified to us in writing within 5 days from when you received the goods.
If there is a manufacturer’s warranty on the product, you should deal directly with the manufacturer or their designated service centre. Tickbox Systems Ltd accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred when dealing with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.
If needed, follow the “Returns Procedure” below.

Returns Procedure

To request a return, please follow this RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) procedure:

  1. Notify us in writing (email fastest) requesting a Returns Authorisation and provide us with a good description of the problem within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  2. Only send the goods back after we have approved your request by providing the RMA reference number. This must be done within 7 days of the RMA notification.
  3. Repack the original package with everything received, including a copy of the RMA email we send you. Missing any original components may result in refusal of repair, exchange or refund.
  4. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us in original condition and must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged or lost in transit. You should insure the package or at least send by signed delivery and retain proof of postage.

Refunds will be issued to the method of original payment, within 14 days of the receipt of goods.
